Door County Library's special collection of materials focused on the environment includes subscription databases, books, videos, journal articles and games. Part of the LERN Center for Community Engagement, it is a library of resources and online catalog housing research and educational materials on the county’s natural heritage. Also included are books recommended by the Sustain Door organization. This collection is a clearinghouse of educational materials and research documentation providing all in the community the foundation necessary to explore and investigate local environmental issues to address the critical needs of our community.

Watts Up Meter An electronic tool available at the Door County Library. It measures power (watts) used by appliances and electronics. It is an easy way to determine how much electricity — and money — it requires to operate various appliances.
